Egret Park

The Hillcrest Presidents Council in 2018 decided to name the parcel of land besides Pool 3 and the BBQ area. They chose Egret as the perfect name in recognition of the beautiful graceful birds that visit our area.

All though Egret Park is small in comparison to Parkview Park, it's part of the original Hillcrest community before the high rises were built.

Parkview Park

Parkview Park is accessible to all Hillcrest homeowners and is shared with its Parkview residents.

What used to be Hillcrest Golf & Country Club consisted of 27 greens, the land had been converted into a residential community totaling 645 homes of which 305 are single-family detached and 345 townhomes.

As part of the agreement, between the Greater Hillcrest Community and the Parkview development, for the land use to be re-zoned from recreational to residential, the park will be accessible by all of the Hillcrest community.

Parkview homeowners association will in turn be responsible for the park's maintenance and upkeep.

Although our Hillcrest residents miss the former beautifully landscaped golf course, the new park allows Hillcrest to use the green scape without having the need to purchase golf green fees for that privilege.

The Parkview Park consists of 66 acres including 3.5 miles of fitness trails.

There are points throughout Hillcrest to access the park through gates close to many of the Hillcrest buildings.

Please don't litter, be respectful and use with care.
