Parkview Amenities

 

The small Parkview Clubhouse at 4500 Hillcrest Drive is for our (Hillcrest) use and can also be booked for events through Amarilis Rodriguez (Castle Group).  If you wish to book for a meeting you need to contact Amarilis.  Below is her contact information:

The BBQs and meeting room can be used unless a meeting has been scheduled or the facility was reserved for an event. Otherwise, no reservation is required.

 

PARKVIEW HILLCREST FOB

A Parkview Hillcrest FOB is needed for both the gate to the BBQ and patio area and building access. Please contact the above Castle Group representative to acquire your fob. One per homeowner only. Information required is your name, address, contact#, email address, copy of proof of residency, (or other proof like an electric bill), $25 check.

BANQUET ROOM

INFORMATION AND PRICING GUIDE - Daytime Rental

​

• The room may be rented between 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.

• Only one (1) party per day is permitted.

• Room rental is available for OWNER/TENANT only.

• $575.00 rental fee covers the first four (4) hours plus one (1) hour for setup/takedown

• Reservations will be taken no more than ninety (90) days in advance

• Any additional hours will be billed at $50 per hour.

• A $1000.00 refundable security deposit is required when a contract is submitted to the office.

• The maximum capacity of the room is 75 guests.

• Supply list of guests, vendors, diagram of room set up, and $1000.00 security deposit.

• Daytime rental set up before 10:00 a.m. to be authorized by Management.

• Rental does not include use of the lobby, patio, and rotunda room.

• Liability insurance is required for room rentals. See the contract for details.

• No amplified music

• Evening rentals may not exceed 12:00 a.m. midnight
