Parkview Amenities
The small Parkview Clubhouse at 4500 Hillcrest Drive is for our (Hillcrest) use and can also be booked for events through Michelle Deverson (Castle Group). If you wish to book for a meeting you need to contact Michelle. Below is her contact information:

The Clubhouse re-opened on April 1, 2021. It was closed due to water damage and then closed due to COVID. The BBQs and meeting room can be used unless a meeting has been scheduled or the facility was reserved for an event. Otherwise, no reservation is required.
A Parkview Hillcrest FOB is needed for both the gate to the BBQ and patio area and building access. Please contact the above Castle Group representative to acquire your fob. One per homeowner only.
At the moment Hillcrest still has access to the Tennis/Pickleball courts at no cost.
The tennis clubhouse is at 1001 Hillcrest Drive.

Tennis Court Rules

The tennis courts are for the exclusive use of Hillcrest residents and their guests.

Players are requested to observe tennis court courtesies as well as rules of good conduct on and around pickleball courts.

Tennis courts are available between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Playing tennis without tennis shoes is forbidden. A tennis shoe is a heelless rubber-sole shoe.

No bicycles, skateboards, roller-skates, rollerblades or pets are allowed in the courts.

Food and beverages are discouraged.

Players must signup for a specific court.

Singles are limited to one (1) hour of use and doubles are limited to one and a half (1½) hours of use if others are waiting.

Players waiting to use a court must indicate in some clear way to those using the courts that they are waiting to use the courts.

Children six (6) years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Caution ... court surface may be slippery when wet.
Pickleball Court Rules

The pickleball courts are for the exclusive use of Hillcrest residents and their guests.

Players are requested to observe pickleball court courtesies as well as rules of good conduct on and around pickleball courts.

Pickleball courts are available between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Players must have their own pickleball equipment.

Playing pickleball without tennis shoes is forbidden. A tennis shoe is a heelless rubber-sole shoe.

Limited play to one (1) hour if others are waiting. Winners shall have no prior rights to remain in the courts.

Players waiting to use a court must indicate in some clear way to those using the courts that they are waiting to use the courts.

Children six (6) years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
